When?
Festivities will begin August 2nd, 2025, 2:00 PM
When does it end?
When the quartet of glasses sings its final note.
Are children invited?
While the spirit of youthful exuberance is ever cherished, this particular occasion unfolds within a framework more congenial to the matured sensibility.
How much food or beverages should I bring? Do I need to bring 4 different things? 4 of the same type of thing?
You are welcome to contribute as much or as little as your heart desires. The sign-up sheet is designed to allow multiple contributors to explore variations on a single dish, should culinary curiosity take hold. You might choose to prepare four distinct interpretations of a beloved staple, or offer a single, perfected rendition. Creativity is not only encouraged—it is the essence of the experience. The menu evolves with your imagination.
For those who prefer to refrain from cooking, rest assured—the bar is its own stage. Many have graced it with frozen elixirs, curious ales, and bespoke cocktails.
If you would like to bring a beer flight, for instance, we found that if you bring 4 different beers, roughly 16-24 ounces of each was more than enough.
If I make a food item, how much should I make?
There will be roughly 40 attendees, so probably about 40 normal bites, or 80 small bites, or about 120 dollops.
Last year there were so many food options that I had a tummyache. What should I do?
Attendees are not required to try everything on the menu.
How do I RSVP?
Please contact 724-989-4566 by June 15th.
Please make your food/drink selection(s) by July 1st in the Google Sheet linked below.
What if there are leftovers?
We lovingly refer to the day after Flight Club as “Return Flight.” Please stop by again to recount the previous evening’s festivities and help us make space in the refrigerator.
Do I need to bring my own flight paddle, or will one be provided to me?
Please feel perfectly prepared to provide your personal paddle for preferred potables, but plentiful paddles are also provided for all participants.
